Among the most common fish in Czech cuisine includes carp and trout. But it also prepares pike, catfish, perch, tench, eel, and of course seafood.
Being prepared in all ways - boiling, steaming, roasting, grilling, smoking, frying.
In this case it is baked trout with bacon and rosemary.
