Classical Christmas Eve dinner in the Czech Republic consists of fish soup, potato salad, fried carp (*) , fried pork cutlet and wine sausage.
In this case the menu consists of:
~ Croissant from puff pastry stuffed with caviar paste and whipped blue cheese.
~ Creamy fish soup (of carp) with vegetables and parsley gnocchi.
~ Classic fried pork cutlet and carp, wine sausage roasted with fresh rosemary.
~ Potatoe salad, includes boiled potatoes, carrots and peas. Red onions, ham, pickled cucumbers, arugula and black olives.
All is prepared and cooked by me.
