Four seasons plate
Four meals in one, represent spring, summer, autumn and winter.
~ Spring: Sirloin with snow peas, carrots, peppers, red wine and tomato sauce.
~ Summer: Veal with pineapple, peppers, spring onions, curry and white wine.
Full and bright colors - summer day with golden sun.
~ Autumn: Pork marinated in yolk, with peppers, peanuts and red wine.
Brown and red tones - autumn day with falling leaves.
Chicken marinated in egg white, with peas, soy sprouts, mustard sprouts and white wine.
White and green tones - winter day with snow covered spruce trees.
