Goulash in Bread

One of the traditional dishes of Czech cuisine is goulash. Most are prepared from beef and pork, but also from venison, poultry, fish and even from mushrooms. Traditionally served with dumplings.
In this case it is a goulash of pork and peppers, served in bread.
