In this case it is
~ Garnished plate with different kinds of salami and cheeses.
~ Fried cheese balls of choux pastry.
~ Mini baskets of shortcrust pastry filled with cheese cream.
~ Canapés with spicy cheese cream, or with garlic-cheese cream, with grapes or black olives.
All is prepared and cooked by me.
