Roasted Duck

Baked duck with caraway seeds. Served with braised cabbage and three kinds of dumplings - bread, potato and bacon. And beer..
My dinner yesterday. Every dinner does not look like that. But yesterday I had a name day. :D

It's simple. Duck is sprinkled with salt and cumin. It is baked with sliced ​​apples and onions. After baking is the sauce mixed and thickened with a dark roux.
Cabbage is cutting, shortly stewing, thickened bright roux and add flavor with salt, sugar, vinegar.
And dumplings .. too complicated for my poor English.. :) But I wrote the recipe once.
