No need recipe. Cut the duck into 4 pieces, sprinkle with salt and cumin, pour a little water, cover up lid and bake for an hour. Rotate, basting sauce over the duck and pour water as needed. Thenremovethe lidandbakeanother 30minutes until golden brown.
Aahh we had a roasted duck for the Easter dinner, too! Polish girl here;) My mom filled if with groats and forest mushrooms filling. It was great, though I dont like groats. And of course we had a beet salad, too
