One of the classic desserts of Czech cuisine.
Omelette from sweet egg dough is torn on the pan for a few parts and in this way is finished.
Served with raspberry sauce and in this case also with wild raspberries.
Prepared and cooked by me.

1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
150 ml milk
5 tablespoons medium ground flour
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
2 tablespoons oil
icing sugar for sprinkling
raspberries or other fruit, whipped cream and a sprig of mint for garnish
Separate the yolk and egg white. Whip the egg whites on snow. Yolk, sugar, milk and a pinch of salt in a bowl whisk, gradually add the flour until a smooth batter. Finally gently add into the batter white egg snow.
At Teflon pan add oil, heat and pour prepared batter. At the low heat bake omelet first on one side until the surface solidifies. Then tear it into four parts, turn, and fry the other side to golden brown color. Then put on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour raspberry syrup, garnish with raspberries, whipped cream and a sprig of mint and serve.
