to publish in my gallery also some photos of dishes. Because the idea has met with success, I founded a special folder dedicated solely dishes. In the folder is now 33 photos of various dishes. 
And here is the main reason why I photograph food. I'm sending these pictures and procedures to several cooking magazines.
For about the last two years I've sent about three hundred of recipes.
Other dozens of unpublished dishes I have on saved my HDD. And why am I doing this? Because I enjoy it and it's also my profession. Some of you already know that I am a professional chef. And also, for every published recipe I get a small fee.
But here in the gallery have only a small fraction of my work. I try to publish only photos either typical Czech dishes, or something else interesting dishes.

Every month I find in those magazines some of my recipes, but now for the first time the whole double page was devoted not only my recipes, but also an small interview with me.
